Auto detailing is a good way to make your car look like it's new again. It gives your vehicle more than just cleaning but also thorough maintenance and care. Read more to find out how you can do it on your own.
Clean Your Auto Interior
Cleaning the interior is the first step to start your auto cleaning day. This leads your car to dry when you are about to clean the exterior part—some areas of your carpeted floor that need some water and wash to have that good look again. Or the rubber floor needs some scrubbing that requires rinsing outside.

Aside from that, if you remove your floor mats or wash them out there, you need to prevent water or dirt from getting on your vehicle exterior. So that is the reason you have to do the interior first because you will not want to clean your exterior twice.

Use Microfiber For Drying
Dry your car with a microfiber towel for easy absorption of water compared to common towels. This ensures that no streak or swirls will be left after wiping it.

Microfibers are not only good for drying paint but also for drying your glass windows.

Don’t Rely On Automatic Washes
Automatic vehicle washes may look easy and convenient, but it can have an adverse effect. The rubber and vinyl strips knocking against your car finish may have their own dirt build upon them. Thus, these cleaning services may cause scratches on your car surface.

Clean Your Car Engine Bay
Your car engine bay might be the most neglected and dirtiest part of your auto. Some vehicle owners who do not visit maintenance may have seen their car’s hood.
Even though you use a spray cleaner or rags, it will be easier if you get a wipe container for your auto so you can do it well. These wet wipes have dual texture, quick cleaning ability, and durable for your car engine bay, tools and wheels.

Clean Your Wheel Well
After cleaning your wheel and its sidewalls, you must also clean its wheel wells. You have to use a hose and spray the interior well. Use a brush in scrubbing the area. Make sure the brush is not used in other car areas. This needs regular attention because the longer dirt left on it, the harder you can remove it.

That’s it. If you want further car detailing, you may still visit a shop nearest you. But for now, that is what you can do for a nice looking auto by your own effort.

If you are interested in making your car have the utmost security, get auto insurance from your trusted firm. It makes a lot of difference and safety for you.

You need to have your goals and objectives well defined beforehand and then plan which thing to use. Otherwise, it would be just a waste of time and money. It is better to be well prepared.

Thanks so much for talking about the detailing process an what to use. I just got a new car and I want to keep it in good shape for as long as I can. I've been looking into car detailing and seeing what to expect with it because I don't have a lot of time to do it myself.
