Good eating habits and regular physical activities will be your gateway to healthy living. That is how we simply say it. But in real life, it is easier said than done.   1. Be Active Every Day
    Your physical activity is essential for your overall health. In fact, you can have less than 60 minutes to set your day fully. Your chores and other tasks can be part of the activity, in addition to exercise or simply walk and jog. Muscle-strengthening activities are also vital for about three times a week. But your body built and health condition will still be the basis for these types of activities, and you are free to personalize your routine.

  2. Drink Water Regularly
    Water is the most effective thirst quencher. It does not have added sugar that is found in juices or sweetened drinks. You may lessen your milk intake, especially if you usually have a brand that is high fat. As an alternative, you can get one with low-fat content.

  3. Eat Good Amount of Fruit and Vegetable
    Eating more fruits and vegetables helps boost your immune system and reduce the tendencies of getting sick. Always make it a goal to take two servings of fruits and another five of vegetables daily. You may also want to have available fruits or veggies as your typical snack and try to add them to your meals.

  4. Reduce Your Screening Time and Do More Activities
    Your time spent on TV, online surfing, or computer games will make you “still” that may not help you burn your excess or unwanted fats. For that reason, you can schedule to only use gadgets not exceeding two hours and use most of your time in activities like what is mentioned above (house chores, walking, jogging, etc.)

  5. Do Not Eat More Snacks and Choose Healthier Options
    Healthy snacks help you meet your standard nutritional requirements. Fruits and vegetable snacks, dairy products or whole grains are among the healthiest food choices for you.  Lessen your intake of snacks that are high in saturated fats or sugar like cakes, chips, and chocolate.

Choosing what you eat and what activities you do will significantly affect your entire health. So, you must hold yourself accountable for that matter.
