If you do better in more structured environments and would prefer more hands on training, then starting out as in-house agent might be best for you.
CompensationYou'll receive an hourly wage for your first year until commissions from Open Enrollment are paid out. (Mid February). You'll earn spiffs on sales made during your first year as well. Once transitioned into a commission agent, you'll be paid commission at rates substantially higher than the competition for your first 2 years.

ExpectationsFor your first year, you'll be expected to be in the office for 40 hours a week. Exceptions will be made for working community events, networking, and out of office appointments. Minimum production goals must be met. You'll be expected to follow all Berlin & Denys rules and guidelines.

Agency SupportYou will benefit from being assigned a book of business to grow and maintain upon your hiring. You'll be provided with in house leads. Multiple opportunities per year to participate in community events under the Berlin & Denys banner. Marketing assistance in the form of custom Facebook and Instagram page set ups is also available to you. Advanced lead system paid for by us.
