Our culture is the most important thing to us.  In all our interactions, we have strived to create a cultural atmosphere that balances professionalism, relationships, hard work, and fun.  Our team is varied in both their backgrounds and abilities, meaning that our culture and these shared core values are what underpin our agency and help determine the kind of service our clients receive.  Our most important core value, People over Premiums is something all of our agents intrinsically understand: Our job isn’t to sell you something.  Our job is to figure out what’s actually best for the client.  This has served us well for over 40 years, as our clients don’t value us for the plans we sell them, but rather for the relationships that we work to foster.  Whether you are looking for insurance, or are interested in joining our team, we work hard making sure you have a positive experience when dealing with us.

Gary & George Picture

Co-founders Gary Berlin and George Denys started Berlin & Denys Insurance with the simple mission to “Bring Good People and Good Plans Together.” For over 40 years, we have strived to provide a spirit of excellence in our service. We provide integrity and common sense in a world where that is difficult to find. Gary Berlin retired from the agency in 2003. In 2011 George’s son Gerard Denys became sole owner and President of the Agency.

​Our professional agents have extensive experience and knowledge in the products that we offer. Whether you are looking for health insurance, auto, homeowners insurance or a life policy we are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with anything in our control. Our purpose isn’t to just sell you a policy, but to ensure you are properly insured for whatever life may throw at you.

It is our desire to build trust and long-lasting relationships with our clients. It is our agents’ commitment to their clients that has made us one of the leading insurance agencies in central Florida. We take pride in knowing that our clients keep returning to us for advice.
