Commission Only 1099 Agent

If you'd rather work from home and be your own boss, working on a solely commission basis might be a better role for you.  

Compensation

You'll be paid exclusively in commission from the sales you make.  You will be paid once commission from the carrier has been sent to Berlin & Denys.  Your first year commissions will be dramatically higher than that of the competition.  

Expectations 

Being a 1099 agent you will be able to work at your pace and have the freedom to set your own schedule.  You will need to abide by standard guidelines set by Florida Blue and Berlin & Denys regarding your interactions with clients.  You will have a minimum production target for each year.  

Agency Support

We are committed to helping you succeed.  You'll have the ability to work from one of our offices in Volusia, Seminole, or Flagler counties if you choose.  We provide hands on training support, as well as numerous community events for you to attend to get your name out.  Advanced lead system paid for by us.   Help with marketing is also something that you will be able to look forward to.
