CompCoverage Plan A Coverage for the Medicare Part A copayment amount ($238 per day for days 61-90 and $476 per day for days 91-150) 100% coverage for an additional 365 lifetime reserve days.
First 3 pints of blood Medicare Part B Coinsurance (generally 20% of Medicare approved amount (Part B Coinsurance) or, in the case of hospital outpatient department services under a prospective payment system, the applicable copayment) after the $124 annual Deductible is met.
