CompCoverage Plan A	Coverage for the Medicare Part A copayment amount ($238 per day for days 61-90 and $476 per day for days 91-150) 100% coverage for an additional 365 lifetime reserve days. First 3 pints of blood Medicare Part B Coinsurance (generally 20% of Medicare approved amount (Part B Coinsurance) or, in the case of hospital outpatient department services under a prospective payment system, the applicable copayment) after the $124 annual Deductible is met.
CompCoverage Plan B	All Plan A benefits Medicare Part A Deductible - $952 (payable as many as 6 times per year)
CompCoverage Plan C	All Plan A Benefits Medicare Part A Deductible - $952 - (payable as many as 6 times per year) Skilled Nursing Facility - $119 per day Coinsurance for days 21-100 Foreign Travel - $250 Deductible then 80% to a $50,000 max. Medicare Part B Deductible - $124
CompCoverage Plan D	All Plan A benefits Medicare Part A Deductible - $952 - (payable as many as 6 times per year) Skilled Nursing Facility - $119 per day Coinsurance for days 21-100 Foreign Travel - $250 Deductible then 80% to a $50,000 max. At Home Recovery - $40 per day to a $1,600 per year max.

For example, whenever you are required to pay the cost, it will always be based on our negotiated discount and you will not pay based on the standard retail cost.
